My System Has :

AMD FX 8320 at 4.2 Ghz

MSI Nvidia GTX 760

8 GB RAM

Corsair VS 650

ASRock Fatality 990FX Motherboard

1 TB HDD

I consider adding a second 760 due to current prices. I game on 1080P so 2 GB VRAM is fine. I know a single card is better but here no one will buy my 760 for a reasonable price and also I have heard that two 760s will beat a Titan. Anyways my question is will my CPU Bottleneck it ? On an other thread about the same query but with i5 as CPU it was said no bottleneck. Also is my system fully able for that ? Thanks.

in single threaded games both will be 100% of 1 core is a bottleneck, but the intel will perform better in this case, in multithreaded games that eenly distribute cores, neither of them will be, of course forums love to say otherwise because linus hasn't tested this yet.

He means that some games(old games) use just one core 1/8 in your case, so it may bottleneck. But most new games are 2 or 4. Then I'm not sure about the sli, sounds good ofc, but try sell the 760, and buy a 970.

The blood on to your heart start pumping faster when you notice me.

But is ok.

Judge me for my nickname, my avatar and for the low amounts of posts I have. I will keep your heart beat raised.

Just to know FX 8320 bottlenecks even a single 760.
