Why im getting 8k only when I see alot of ppl getting 10k without any OC ?

Could it be because im not running my ram on dual chan ? i get error 55 if I do so ..

If I was getting error 55 by running my memory in dual channel. I would try to get that sorted out before I worried about a benchmark score.

Agreed

Theyre running in single atm, Ill just rma the board and get a new one

Running in Single channel will hurt memory bandwidth and performance.

Whats your full setup. Memory not installed error can usually be fixed very easily. Unless you bent the pins on your motherboard.

It can affect phys score ?

2x 7970,

i7 4790k @ stock,

asus maximus vii hero,

g.skill ripjaw 1600mhz 8gb (2x4gb)

corsair ax760,

ssd samsung 840 evo

Are you using an aftermarket cooler?

As far as physics scores goes, I know with 3DMark memory speeds influence the score so it could be a good possibility.

No you might not have too. Sometimes what happens is when you have the waterblock too tight it gives you error 55 because the motherboard flexes slightly. Loosen up the block a little so it's just hand tight. Then retry in dual channel.

I'll try again, some says it could be bent pins, theres no bent pins, ill try that

I had this error a little while ago on a friend's motherboard. We loosened up the block on his H80i and he hasn't had a problem since.

I dont know, sounds like it could be still related. I mean this time you got to post and got to the desktop. Before you couldn't access it at all. That was just by loosening the screws slightly.

Are you certain the memory dimms are inserted all the way into the memory slots on the motherboard. We had a member on this forum not too long ago who was getting the same error and it was simply because he didn't insert the dimm into the slot all the way.

Glad you sorted it out. Never give up too quickly with computers. There is almost always a way.
