What to I need to use DDR4

System specs?

Processer?

Motherboard?

X99 chipset & New release Intel 2011-E

X-10 - 7980XE - Gigabyte Aorous Gaming 9 - 128GB GSkill TridentZ RGB - SLI Asus GTX 1080 TI Strix

You need an X99 motherboard and a Haswell-E processor.  This is the only platform that supports DDR4.

the haswell-ep does now too, but its it is for severs. . .

X99 and haswell-E FOSHO, nothing else will support it right naow, not to mention an i7 processor
