web based music bot?

My friends and I like to have music playing on our teamspeak server(hosted on my pc) but, we usually don't listen to much but music on youtube.  I have a teamspeak client on my old laptop that runs Ubuntu that also has vlc on there, I'm wondering how hard it would to set a up a web interface where we can paste a link that will be added to vlc network music playing thing.  I know a good amount of java, c++ and visual basic but little to none HTML knowledge.

Not very hard, I remember helping with setting up a music bot on teamspeak years ago.

You could use FRAPS to record youtube audio smoothly at 1080p or higher from channels like vevo, then save it as an audio file, assuming you don't particularly want to pay for the music.
