so i was looking through the uninstall list and i noticed that that was installed what is it and should i uninstall it?

Sounds like a Bing/Ask Toolbar that you didn't want installed when you installed something else.

 

It's like VAC but now VAC.

the only thing i could think of that is was installed with was blacklight retribution that was the onlything i downloaded on 10/4/2014

its a cheat detector for games, if you launch the game it will just reinstall it.

punkbuster was usd'd on Cod 4 also so if you have that and play it keep it or you wont be able to connect to most servers
