All good, it will work. (it might possibly need a bios update, so be prepared if it does)

Hi guys,

I'm creating a new build that was originally intened to be around the AMD 7580K, since I was thinking on buying my graphics card later down the road.

However with the AM R9 280 prices going down (cause ofthe R9 285) I bought one this week.

Now I'm thinking and APU build might not be the best idea, however I already have so of the parts.

I want (if possible) to make this an AM3+ build, 8350Fx(or 8320) CPU with a MSI 970 AM3+ Gaming mobo.

That said I already have the following and would like to know if its compatible (specially the ram)

Cpu Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo

Ram: AMD Gamer Series R9 2400 DDR3-2400 PC3-19200 (High frequency originally intended for the APU)

Graphics Card: MSI R9 280 3Gb

PSU: EVGA SuperNova B2 750w

I also have a case and some case fans but I dont think they'r relevant. Any ideas if it would work?

Thanks
