My cpu is on strike

While playing, sometimes, my CPU stops working for a sec or so, and got 0 fps for a while. Looking to cpu usage charts, when this happen, cpu usage heavily drops. What is doing this? I have  eco-mode disabled so It's always running at full speed.

 

Games that are playing while it happen was:

 - League of Legends.

 - Papers, please. (2d game, and fps drops lol)

 - Team Fortress.

 - Battlefield 3.

 - Hardly ever watching 720p videos.

 - Sometimes in normal usage. ( desktop and browsing)

Also, I have chrome open with 1 tab and listening to music sometimes, but RAM usage never raise more than 80%

"Generic Low cost one" - Psu. Well your CPU is a Pentium g645. In the games you listed, you are mentioning battlefield 3. It may be the map rendering.

In fact, this is happening more times in LoL, than in Bf3.

 

could you give us temps

CPU: 30ºC Idle and 70ºC playing

GPU: 36ºC Idle and 60ºC playing.
