HTPC/Budget Build Appraisal

I used this setup as an HTPC for a few months, and I'm now looking to sell it. It's rather purpose built so I wasn't sure where to start with its value. Would it work better as a just add GPU! budget gaming build, general purpose machine, or a hope you also don't use optical drives HTPC? I have a 500GB WD Green drive I could throw in if it would sweeten the deal any. Either way, what should I be asking for this thing, or what should I expect to get for it?

I'd pay a maximum of 500$ for it since it is second hand, would probably sell for more with a gpu but it's probably not worth doing that.
