Lunar Eclipse on the Eighth

Juantaguan

Hello to all my fellow astronomers.

If you didn't know there is going to be a full lunar eclipse tomorrow on the eighth of October.

In a full lunar eclipse the Earth is directly in between the moon and the sun. the resulting moon has a reddish tint to it. This is also known as a blood moon.

I wish i could post an example but the forum wouldn't let me.

Just Google blood moon. You should get a pretty good idea of what it is

People in North and South America should have the best view.

Have fun, and keep your eyes to the skies!
