The R9 270X is generally a better graphics card.

That being said, if you're just lightly gaming, the 260X should be fine.

The 260x has 384 fewer stream procs, and a few less ROPs

And only a 128 bit memory bus

there is big difference in price.. Will i be able to play some games at 50 FPS? games like CoD AW, How much FPS can i get on Watch Dogs?

Watch Dogs is a terribly optimized game, so even with the 270X you'll need to turn some settings down to have a good experience.

You should also check out the R9 270 - it's almost as good as the 270X, at a lower price.

For CoD: AW, we still can't know, but if the devs actually take their time unlike last year Ghosts which was a complete doggy crappy mess, you should be able to run the game fine with something like the R9 270, or maybe even the 260X.

Unfortunately, Watch Dogs runs like shit on any system. It's one of the poorest optimized modern games on PC. Go with the R9 270X if you want a smooth playback experience in CoD: AW.

Also, what CPU do you have?
