EA account/Xbox gamertag

My brother used an EA account of his friends around 3 years ago and ever since he entered that, it has popped up by default for all EA games. Since this EA account is no longer in use but the xbox thinks it is, how do i change the EA account his xbox gamertag is associated with on xboxs website.

or on EA/origin how do i associate his xbox gamertag with the account
