If you get this Eneramx PSU, you'll save money: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817194086

It's 750 watts, semi-modular, and has slightly lower efficiency. (Bronze)

looking at your component list, there's absolutely no reason why you should get a cosmos 2. the case is gigantic and designed for big water cooling loops and you won't be utilizing any of the advantages of having such a big case.
your case will probably look stupidly empty when you build this rig.
I'd recommend something from corsair like a 650d, or maybe something from fractal design like the Arc Midi R2 or Define R4.

As for the monitor, don't get the dell.
the Asus PB278Q is better in almost every single aspect.
or maybe the Viewsonic VP2770-LED if you spend the extra cash (749 on newegg).
The ViewSonic and the Asus both use PLS panels (newer technology, arguably better than IPS). They both use a light matte (semi-glossy) finish unlike the grainy heavy matte finish on the dell.
Advantages of the viewsonic is the better response time, integrated usb 3.0 hub, does not use PWM Dimming for the brightness of the monitor which might cause dizziness or headaches to some users.

Even for long term, you're spending too much money for performance you're probably not going to even touch.

What's this build going to be used for? It's AWFULLY expensive.
