Silverstone FT03 Side pannels

Does anyone know if the side pannels on the Silverstone FT03 can be changed out. Aka, the left side Pannel had a mesh that I don't want to see and will ultimately be modding out, while the right side panel is completely plain and empty. I was wondering if these two pannels could be swapped with each other.
