M SATA VS SATA 3

The EVO. Can't really compare a 32GB to a 250GB... mSATA is only really useful if you're short on space or if it's in a laptop. Most of the time 2.5" SSDs are cheaper. 

 

EDIT: Ignore the 32GB, didn't look at the size options. EVO is still the better choice. 

What is the Difference Between a SATA 3 SSD and a mSATA SSD?

msata is tiny form factor with different connector but the bus speed is the same

Your motherboard doesn't have mSATA, so get the SATA 3 one.
