Tablet mostly for reading comics

Hey,

so what am I looking for:

 

Resonable pricerange.

10" for reading comics and for use in university/everyday use.

Not sure what to look for in a tablet,

High ppi probably not to bad.

Using a Galaxy S5.

So Android probably a better option?

 

Not sure about UMTS/LTE, but if it does not raise the price to much, why not.

 

 

I have been looking at some comparisons and models, but I am not sure what models are available/the newest.
