G3258 Overclock

Hey guys, I am building my first ever PC this year.

In this PC I am going to be putting a GTX 660 DirectCU II, Intel Pentium G3258.

What I want to know is what motherboard out of these two should I get. I want to overclock the G3258 to get the best performance out of the CPU.

 

Here are the two motherboards I am deciding on at the moment!

 

ASROCK - B85M-Pro4 - http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-b85mpro4

These are the two motherboards that come into my budget so please don't say "Oh this is one is better but cost $20 more" I am on a budget.

Go with the Asus board since you will need to update the bios on either board before using a g3258, and the Asus is the only one that supports a usb-flashable bios (without a cpu).
