GTX 460 SE doesnt let PC boot

I´ve an old GTX 460 SE laying around over and want to put it in my little brother´s computer but somehow its ruined. Is there any fix for it? I cant RMA it since its been over 2 years already.

its about the club3d GTX 460 SE 1GB ddr5 and the problem is it wont boot. Fans dont even finish their 1st spin but just inmediatly stop. 

 

Hope I've been clear enough and that someone can help me.
