Here you go, a broad guide in overclocking ivy-brdige with a gigabyte motherboard

http://hwbot.org/forum/showthread.php?t=45302

Furthermore a video of a gigabyte z77 board (i think almost the same bios) with a i5-3570k its a bit different but maybe it helps more then the complicated guide.

Edit: Didn't paste last letter of hyperlink...

I looked at what you gave me now i just need to understand RAM timings i need to use.

My buddy was giving me shit for a low oc on the ram so if anyone can help me with timing of 2133 i just cant get it right and i want to make sure its stable.

I did not use easy tune to overclock my processor (i7-3770k). Personally, i wouldn't use the auto overclocking software on most motherboards as most of them do not gaurantee stability. I'm using a Gigabyte Z77-D3H. Its a rather entry level motherboard but i managed to get my processor up to 4.2 GHZ stable. I'm also using a corsair h100i to take care of cooling. Also, My processor ran very hot at 1.152v - aroung 80 - 90C under load on prime95's small fft option. even at a relatively low overclock, i had to increase the core voltage from 1.140v (stock) to 1.150v. I'm not very familiar with RAM overclocking though so i can't really help you with that.

I took off the easy tune oc and just did it myself and i have it sitting at 4.6 but i don't have those temps, they are much lower around 70-78C. It might be because im in the basement which is cold and a Noctua NH-D14 does help. I know my RAM that i have can be oced like crazy i just haven't found a guide or something to look at for timings and it sucks because i was messing around with it today and nothing was stable.

Im new at ram ocing so i have to learn some time
