software for multi user app requests over wifi?

Id like to start out by saying I am a bit new and so far this seems like a great community id like to be apart of.

Does anyone know of any media player software out there that I can install on my server (windows) that has an app that can connect to it over wifi to request songs etc.

I have seen the polk square bluetooth speaker that 4 phones can connect to it through the app which had me wondering if something like this but more advanced existed.

I would like to setup playlists but also be able to control it remotely or at least have unlimited devices connected to my wifi with the app to request songs from my library and pop up on a list in order by requests and I can add them in any time.

If anyone knows of something I would greatly appreciate it!
