Last night i was cleaning my 3 year-old Razer Blackwidow "2012" Standard Edition, and everything kinda well. When I pulled off the spacebar keycap the stabilizer hinges broke. I have found an alternative way to mount the spacebar, that allows for a much more ergonomic typing experience. It still works perfectly, but some stabilizers could be useful since I plan to keep it as a secondary keyboard next to my other monitor.

Now to they question: Is there anyway I could make a DIY stabilizer? What If I hot-glued some springs onto the keycap to make stabilize it?

Any help is appreciated! :D

Too bad... But it's usable and I'm likely to change it soon anyway (This has been my plan for 4 months)
I'm referring to the plastic bits that are on the keycap, or "the inserts", as this guy calls them: http://youtu.be/WiXAxdkry5s?t=1m23s
At least I learned to avoid keyboards with costar stabilizers now :D
