I came to a site via some YouTube channel (apologies for forgetting. May have been Vsauce3...) and they mentioned a rather interesting site called, "Terms of service; Didn't Read" and shortens the terms of service of some popular sites into a length someone from the Internet can manage. There are some quite interesting information there too.
