How much coolent to get.

does anybody know how much coolent the swiftech 220x/240 holds ? i want to get it + ek waterblock for GPU and not sure if i need 2000ml or 1000ml coolent ? as far as i know AOI's does not hold much coolent.

No, they do not, they have a pretty small res. And do not re-use the coolant when you take apart the unit. Get rid of it and use all fresh. 1L should do you if just adding in a GPU and as long as your runs are not to long.

Okay  thank one more question. Sould I rather get the coolent or just get some distilled watter from my local store? And if I get distilled water sould I add some anti bacterial and which is good to get?

Distilled water is about the easiest to use. And yes, you will definitely want some anti bacterial, just a few drops. Check any of the major water cooling suppliers, they will have this, sometimes also referred to as dead water, etc...
