Adapters help.

I'm thinking of grabbing two of the Samsung S24D390HL or LS24D360HL as multiple Canadian retailers have them on sale for $120. The problem is that my current GPU only has one HDMI port and the monitors only have a HDMI and a D-sub. 

 

Should I be aiming for DVI to HDMI adapter (if so, does it matter what kind of DVI?) or a mini DisplayPort to HDMI? Is there even a difference?

DP v. DVI does not matter unless you are getting a monitor of high resolution.
