So I've been searching around and found no valid answer,

My CPU i7 4700HQ 2.4 idles at 36 C

The GPU 765m 2048mb idles at 23

The issue is, whenever I game, any game, the CPU almost increases up to 90 where as the GPU not as much, up to 60.

Is this too much for a CPU/ GPU ?

I'm thinking it is a laptop since it is a HQ cpu model. If it is a Laptop I would get some IC Diamond or Arctic Silver and apply it on that sucker

I would, however, it is basically impossible to get any thermal paste in this "third" world country. Not even Amazon delivers here.

I guess I'll just deal with the temperatures.

a suitable solution would be to buy a good laptop air cooling pad.

If you cannot get thermal paste, then I would high suggest this ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

You got that right. But no I had to get the laptop since it was a one in a life time opportunity to get something decent for gaming here.

Laptops CPUs can take pretty high temps. If you can't get cooling pad, you can use ghetto methods like making sure that air vents are open or have table fan blowing into it.
