Hi!

When i installed Windows 10 (32bit) on a second harddrive, I started having a BSOD when installing AMD graphics drivers. When I opened Device Manager, I noticed, that I have problem with my PCI Express Root Port. The error code is 12 and it says:"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use." I did not have this problem with Windows 7 Home.

Is this a problem caused by my bile of electronics (computer), or is it caused by the buggy new system?

I hope you can help me.post-145173-0-85965300-1412324673_thumb.

PS! There aren't any Video Adapters shown in Device Manager!

Conflicts between devices can cause this error, which may be located through the troubleshooting menu in the device manager (at least in vista it did).
