Weird... I can get 120~ fps at BF4 but i am always hovering at 150 fps at LoL... Any reason? Rig in signature

LoL might be capped, and your GPU may just not be giving it all it has.

I took the FPS cap out! Is there anyway to force it to run 100%? :o

I don't know, but why would you want to run LoL at any higher than 150FPS?

 

Unless you want to run BF4 at 120+, Im not sure if you rig is hitting its max potential, it might be, it might not be.
