If your computer is on I know you can set up your spacebar (or any I think) to be your power button. Same should be for reset maybe?

Short the pins, 2 pins are for power, short them with a hair clip, or go out and buy any button and connect the 2 wires to the two pins, drill a small hole on your front panel and place it there. Simple and cheap fix, a button is like less than 1$ :P
