Turning on Computer WITHOUT power button or reset button

okay so short story short, my computers power and reset buttons are screwed, i want to find a way to turn my computer on without opening it up tons of times? i heard you just need to short out the PWR jack so could i just put a piece of metal on them?

If your computer is on I know you can set up your spacebar (or any I think) to be your power button. Same should be for reset maybe?

You can just short the pins where the power button connects on the motherboard, but im not sure about any other ways of doing it

You can use Wake on lan, but you need other computer.

Set your UEFI/BIOS settings when AC power restored, turn on computer. So if you want to turn on your computer, just pull the AC plug from the PSU and plug it back in. I've ever done that and it works.

Short the pins, 2 pins are for power, short them with a hair clip, or go out and buy any button and connect the 2 wires to the two pins, drill a small hole on your front panel and place it there. Simple and cheap fix, a button is like less than 1$
