Haf X mods?

Lays

I have a HAF X right now, and was trying to figure out where I can fit rads, does anyone know anyone with a haf x with a 480mm rad in the top? I cant find my tape measure to check clearance, I know I can stuff a 360mm in the top but I have to drill custom holes I believe.

I think I can also remove hard drive cages, and mount my HDD in a diff place and my ssd aswell, I can also cut out my 2 hot swap bays to make room for a 240mm rad I believe.

Has anyone seen Pics/Vids or anyone that's done this before? I know there are better cases out there for these types of things, but for now I'd like to stick to the Haf X.

Hi

i have a 360 in the top and a 240 where the HDD bays were. the 360 takes up most/all of the space in the top and don't think you can mount a 480 it in with out doing some mods.

i have seen some builds where they have mounted a 480 externally.

if you would like i will try and post some pics of my build with a 360 and a 240? also if you want i will try and find a link to the build which has a 480 rad mounted externally?

i hope this helped.

Cheers,

That'd be so great, I think I could always mod a 420mm rad to fit in the top, and MAYBE I could squeeze a 360mm in the front if I remove the HDD bays+ the 2 hotswap bays
