Intel XTU Problem

I'm trying to submit my Intel XTU score to HWBot and am getting a very weird problem:

Note the Processor Frequency, Core Count & CPU Temperature which prevent me from being able to run the test and submit a score.

 

Why is this happening?

what processor and specs you have
