2560x1080 GPU Question

I am planning on purchasing a 2560x1080 monitor from asus and I currently have a 2gb gtx 760. My question is should I get some new 4gb asus strikers, a single 780, wait for 870's to come in stock or another 2gb 760?

 

My current specs are:

 

Intel  I5 4670k 

16 gb HyperX Beast 2133

1x GTX 760 2gb

EVGA Supernova 750G PSU

The 760 is enough imo. 2560x1080 is not that much harder to drive than 1080p.

But I would personally think of upgrading to the 970 so I can crank the settings up.

Or the 780 as they are cheap as crap.

I'd pick up a cheap 780 as there is lots of sales atm, 3gb will be plenty

What games are you playing, 'cause if only LoL CS Diablo and other not too taxing games you could keep you current GPU.

go with the 780. especially in bf4 youll need it. i have an ultrawide monitor and my 280x definetly needs an upgrade now
