m65 rgb problems

Hello, I have a corsair m65 rgb and 1 of the leds on the scroll are stuck to white....when I turn on and off the lights in the settings, the white light stays off I only have 1 scroll light working
is everyone else having the same problem? or do you guys think its a manufacturer defect?

I think you should try the Crosair forum , they have a seperate thread about the RGB-keybaords + direct support!
