Hello forums,

I have encounter a problem with my windows 8.1 boot up. It gets to the whirling circle and just freezes.

Then a restart fixes it, anyone know a fix? It's quite annoying.

Honestly theres so many things that could have gone wrong in the background,compatibility/settings/programs/malware/bugs.

If you cant deal with the problem reinstall windows, thats my remedy but im no pro.I had an issue at "the whirling circle" not too long ago the pc would just shutdown when i first started it up,not restart but cold boot,i reinstalled and untick hybrid boot from power options idk if that help you, thats the only issue i had with booting in win 8.1.
