Need help with gpu and archeage

Go to solution Solved by RuffRuffmcgruff,

Clock down your CPU to about 4.0 and see what happens, just to test and see if the game doesn't like the overclock (yes I know higher overclocks will help performance somewhat, but it's something to try).

It could just be the CPU in general since MMO's like better single-core performance over multiple cores. I have a 2500k and didn't really have an issue with the game at all.

I'll try this as well

I've just bought the new gtx 980 and when i'm playing archeage it constantly shudders, like jumping. When i stand still though im like 70+ frames can someone help with this.

Thanks.

Can it be because of lag? I sometimes get stuttering if the ping is too high and that tends to happen often on Archeage. Does the fps drop?

The fps does drop, and i have noticed when im running with guildies they'll just start to teleport ahead of me :S
