Theming the Nvidia Shield

I just recently bought the Nvidia shield tablet and I know that it has a screen resolution of 1920x1080. I need to know how many pixels the notification bar takes up. I also need to know if it changes height depending on orientation (pretty sure it doesn't do that). I'm doing this because I use buzz launcher and it allows you to make your own icons or button and import them in. Also I'd like to know if another launcher supports this type of customization.

This is my opinion, it doesn't mean I'm right and is liable to change at any time. I may offend of which I apologize in advance.
