Steelseries products have some pretty nice aesthetics, and their mice are great. However, I've had really bad luck with their products, first I had one of their Sensei mice a couple of years back, and it only lasted my 6 months, then I bought another one thinking I had back luck the first time, then that one only lasted me a bit longer at 8 months, so I was dissappointed and forget about them for a while, then I bought their Apex keyboard to give them a last chance, and it outright stopped functioning in 15 days. But it's probably that I have super, super bad luck with them, and probably won't reflect on other customer's experiences with them.

I use their Siberia V2 headset and have no complaints about it. Personally, I think the sound quality is good, the bass sounds punchy and they get really loud (should you want that). The 7.1 surround feature is interesting, but honestly, I'm not sure that I'm getting the full effect. That being said, I'm not exactly an audiophile.

I have a steel series Rival mouse. I live it except I've now gone through 3 of them from 2 different stores. All of them had the same problem - cursor movement would randomly cut out. I've sent back the 3rd copy and am waiting for a 4th.
