Which 970?

So I have been looking for a new card for a while now. The 970 best fits my needs, should I go with the ASUS for $380 or the Gigabyte for $450? A $70 price difference is a good chunk extra to pay for 1-3fps? Is it really worth it?

Go with whichever is the cheapest and/or matches your color scheme. The temp and fps differences are negligible.
