Display Port Output

Hey guys,

Just got my Dell Ultrasharp U2414H and it's gorgeous.

I've got a question on the display ports.

There is a DP Input, DP Output and a Mini DP, which I have mine connected through.

So my question is what is the DP Out for? I've heard around about Daisy links but I've never taken much notice in Display Ports.

Any input on this would be appreciated.

As you said, it's to daisy chain displays so you don't need to connect them to your GPU.

So I could get another one of these monitors, or would it be used as a mirrored display?

You can get another and extend it or mirror it. Whichever you want. It gets detected by Windows as a separate monitor.
