Corsair 780T fan controller issue

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else who is using the Graphite 780T case was having problems with their fan controller. I wouldn't say that it's a defect as the controller switches between 5V, 7V, and 12V correctly. My problem is that every time I boot up my PC, even after just shutting down, it automatically sets the fan speed on high. It's quite annoying having to turn down the fans every time I turn on my computer. My Fractal Arc Midi does not have this issue as the fan controller speed is the same as it was before and after shutting off the power.
