water in water cooler freezing?

hey guys i was wondering is it possible for the water in a water cooler to freeze? (i assume it is) and if it does will it damage the water cooler/ burst the water cooler open so that water can leak into the system?

if you put the computer in a freezer at VERY low temps it will, tho condensation will kill your computer WAY before that happens

It can but the radiator can't cool it below ambient so unless your PC is outside in the snow it isn't an issue.
