Pretty sure the R9 270X is the rebadged version of the 7870 so there's no point of upgrading your gpu unless it's broken or you wanted to crossfire.

GPU is just a rebadge, and your PSU is fine unless it is giving you probs, so put money towards something else, new keyboard, new mouse, ETC.
