ROFLFAG

Resevior : http://www.ebay.com/itm/181508444435

Tubing : http://www.ebay.com/itm/361059863524

Fittings : http://www.ebay.com/itm/380693676691

CPU Block : http://www.ebay.com/itm/281451917936

Pump : http://www.ebay.com/itm/191175813340

Radiator : http://www.ebay.com/itm/191167076852

I will not listen to ( oh you need to spend 300 just for cpu or 500 for a simple loop no. I need to know if these parts are compatible. And if the tubing is to small or big is it in the margin of error ?

You sure you don't want to hear any real advice, especially about that pump?

In case not, there are some other problems, too. Your tubing is 1/4" ID, your fittings are for 3/8" ID tubing. The reservoir is generic and it doesn't even say which type of threading the ports have. Assuming they are G1/4, it should fit though. Generic CPU block..... yeah. The ports one the pump (how do you intend to wire up that pump, btw?), are again for 3/8" ID tubing, yours is 1/4" ID. And the radiator is generic and fairly likely to cause problems.

You'd most likely have far less problems, better cooling performance AND pay less for a H100i/H105.

BTW, you can edit your post to add something instead of making a new post everytime.

OK I will change the tubing. But how is the radiator to cause problems. Can you send me a better one ?

The radiator, pump and waterblock(s) are the most important parts of a loop. In your case, all three of them are generic chinese models without branding. With the blocks and pump this means you'll get mediocre (or worse) performance, but with the radiator it could mean gunk, corrosion or even leaks. Faulty soldering or the use of aluminum on any of the inside parts could potentially cause major problems for you. There is a reason why branded watercooling parts from a trusted retailer cost more than the no-name stuff on ebay, and that reason is quality. Now when you are relying on a loop to pump fluid through your PC and cool your parts, what you want is quality and performance, not something you'll likely get with the parts you intend to order.

The pump you suggested is $6 pump. Don't expect it to be anywhere near as powerful, reliable and silent as an $80 one.

To be honest, if your budget is $150 and you want to watercool your system, go with an AIO like the H105 or H100i.

If you absolutely need it to be expandable, you could also look at something like this:

http://www.amazon.com/XSPC-RayStorm-750-EX240-WaterCooling/dp/B00E3OK0AE/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1411928138&sr=8-6&keywords=xspc+kit

still not ideal in terms of pump/reservoir, but certainly worlds better than the ebay-option and at least you get a good radiator and CPU block.

A good custom watercooling system it will cost you less ~400$ in my opinion so go with nj4ck advise and get an AIO (all in one) system like those he suggested!

XSPC is british, their products are likely manufactured in china, like almost everything nowadays. That does not mean they have the same quality as the no-name ebay products. Since they are manufactured under license and designed by XSPC in britain, you can expect them to be of much higher quality and better design than any of the generic stuff. I have several XSPC parts myself and the quality has always been good in my experience.
