twin frozr, if you get asus then i will come to your house and rip the cooler off. Anything but asus, they can die

MSI Twin Frozr 3, HIS IceQ X2, Sapphire Dual-X, and the Asus DCU II are great quiet coolers.

+1 These are the ones that I regularly recommend.

The Twinfrozr III is a tiny bit louder than the others though.

As far as i know, the POWERCOLOR PCS+ HD 7950 is the most quiet 7950 you can get

+1 This is the quietest two slot cooler, the quietest overall is the DCUII but it's a three slot design which I personally think is unnecessarily large.

Which ever card you end up getting, a good idea is to download something like MSI Afterburner & set up a fan curve it will improve things immensely.
