aero broblems

So last week I dried to move my Graphics card to upper slot because I wanted more space to the down part of the case.After I started my commputer it won't Install  nvidia drivers so I moved on and chainged the graphics gard to the original slot. Today I played some Watch dogs whit grapich mods and instellar  marines after that i noticed that my aero in not running so I tried to put it on but it won't start and windos problem solving is helping me so please help me guys.
 
specs:
mobo: asus maximus vii ranger
ram :  kingston 1600mhz
Gcard : MSI gtx 780 oc edition
cpu : i7 4770k (not overclocked)
 
windows 7 home premium
nvidia  344.11 drivers
 
ps. shadow play have been very laggy
