What case will you be using?

Essentially you could prepare & buy all the gear for more or less about $300 dollars (give or take that it'd maybe a pre-done one/custom with all the components already picked by the manufacturer.) $500 is a good budget for starters. Alphacool/EK/Bitspower & Koolance I believe all have a basic gpu+cpu (240/360mm radiator) cooling kit. Tubing & basic compression fittings are also included with the kit. (Actually gpu block might not be included with these types of kits.)

a loop like mine will cost you 800 bucks time you buy water blocks for your gpus, now mine is sli and am waiting for gtx 970 waterblocks to come out to upgrade my gpus but if just running one gpu you could probably take off about 120 bucks from that 800.
