CSGO server

hey guys im not 100% certain if this is in the right area but...

 

i am a complete noob at computers (and english :P) and i started a csgo server but every time i start up the server it says " CGCClientsystem - no IsteamClient interface!" and i tried everything my little brain could do and nothing worked 

 

 

 

i followed this tutorial: 

 

but on windows server 2008 r2
