Home theater pc.

Hello people of the forums, as of right now I am building a new gaming pc to replace my old one. besides that we won't have any consoles at my mothers house ( besides my own Xbox one ) and we decided that we were going to buy a home theater pc to use for YouTube videos and movies. our maximum budget is 450$ and it cannot go over budget. our base line requirements are that it needs to be small ( Micro ATX or ITX ) and it performs well enough. we will be using this system on a 1080p TV with some extra 5.1 surround speakers. PC part picker is appreciated, thank you all again.
