I am looking around and thare are a lot of 970 which one is the fasts or what you think is the best

Depends on budget, they vary in price. Best one seems to be in terms of performance the G1 Gaming Windforce from Gigabyte. But the ASUS Strix is good if you like a quiet card.

 

MSI, EVGA and whatever else cards are all pretty similar and are good if you don't want to spend too much.
