I'd hold off on upgrading. I've heard of a bunch of people with the 4s who said its laggy atm.

my ipod touch 5 is SOOO laggy sometimes, and soooo glitchy...

 

I cannot imagine what would happen if you do it to a 4s!!!

I SAY DONT UPGRADE AT ALL

Barely any improvement, and the camera roll in albums is gone, so ugly date and location sorting only!

I wouldn't do it. It might be a laggy POS like iOS 7 was on the iPhone 4.

do you know how can i downgrade from ios 8 to ios 7.1.2 ?? :D    i have a windows pc

I think you can using jailbreak but otherwise ur out of luck

Actually, back when I used to own an iPhone 3GS, you could save these things called "SHSH Blobs" which were little certification files that allowed you to "update" (downgrade) to that iOS. I don't know if it's still relevant with all these new iPhones that I lost interest in, but it'd be worth a shot to Google it.
