Having problems with MSI Big Bang

Hey everyone im not sure if this the right form but I am in need of some help I just kind of completed my first build but my motherboard is having some issues for some reason the motherboard cant come back on from sleep or restart i keep getting the error code #1 and while the computer is on I get error code 17 and 18 meaning early northboard initialization? im not sure what I am doing wrong but I really wanted to use an WOL with NFC to wake up my computer when I get home from work. here my setup I was going to do a build log just because I think its a good build but im not so sure because of all the problems I am having I tried resetting the CMOS using the button on the board but its still not restarting right. im open to any suggestions.

i7 4930K + Noctua DH-14

8gb ram 

R9 290 with kraken +h55 waiting on gelid thermal adhesive and some better heatsinks for Vram 

1300w Evga PSU ( will be upgrading to 3 r9 290's when the prices drop a bit more) 

 

I dont know if it matters but im using eyefinity with seiki 39" 4k with a custom resolution of 2560x1440p@60hz 

 

any help would be awesome I can post pictures if it would help.

I'd suggest just RMA'ing it.
