i wanted to overclock my computer that my friend build for me.

Yeah, you have to flip it over and put it back in the microwave. 

 

But be careful, you have to put it in for the EXACT same amount of time; uneven heating can cause serious damage.

just put in freezer and you good to go

may get downclocked but least you get working cpu

Also if you put it back for -(time you put it in) at -(wattage/power setting) it will still work...

If i remember right after it goes pop you are meant to put wet towels over it to cool it down, it's the best method for cooling down graphics cards.. once its cool do 1-2 more cycles depending on how much performance you want to get out of the card any more than that will damage the card

Ah, This is a common problem. I'm assuming you forgot to paint any flames or go-faster stripes on the card before 'microverclocking' it didn't you?

 

It's a long shot but try painting them on now, you'll have to use a lead based paint to ensure good coverage (a quick taste test of the paint will tell you what type it is) You'll need to use a long handled brush so as not to aggravate the ions.
